Concrete densifier and polishing in Ambala Sadar

The process

1. Cleaning and grinding. This removes dirt, old paint and the weak top skin.
2. Crack and joint filling. Joints that trolleys cross are filled to protect the edges.
3. Densifier application. The silicate penetrates and reacts with the concrete.
4. Honing or polishing. Optional, for a smoother and brighter finish.
5. Guard coat. Helps against stains and makes cleaning easier.

Small godowns can often be done in a day or two, section by section.

Instrument and glassware stores

For businesses packing and storing glass and instruments, a smooth, dust-free floor has extra benefits. Small broken fragments are easier to see and sweep up, and packaging stays clean. A honed finish gives a smooth surface without being slippery.

When densifier isn't the answer

For workshops with acid cleaning, plating or etching, densified concrete will be damaged by the chemicals. Those areas need a chemical resistant floor. For wash areas and kitchens, a resin floor is better too. Densifier is best for dry storage, workshops and commercial spaces.

Cost and value

Densifier treatment usually costs less than coating, especially for large dry areas. It also avoids future costs. There's no coating that wears through in trolley paths and needs redoing. For many Ambala godowns, it's the most sensible way to improve an old floor.

Can a small godown be done without shifting all the stock out?
