Why warehouses benefit

Packaging materials such as cartons, foils and labels are sensitive to dust. When they enter production areas carrying concrete dust, cleaning and QA teams have more work to do. Densifying warehouse floors reduces that dust at the source. The floor also:

• resists wear from forklifts and pallet trucks
• is easy to clean with scrubbers
• reflects more light in large, tall warehouses
• has no coating to peel and create debris

Joints and flatness

Pharma warehouses often use reach trucks and high racking. Joint edges damaged by wheels create bumps and debris, so we repair and fill joints as part of the job. Grinding is controlled to protect floor flatness where it matters for racking trucks.

Monsoon and densifier
