Can polished concrete be done on an upper floor?

Yes, if the slab is concrete and sound. Upper floors with thin screeds over the slab may not polish well, so we test first.

A small to medium store often takes a few days, depending on grinding depth and gloss. We can work nights.

Does polished concrete need wax?

No. Wax isn't needed. Regular cleaning with a neutral cleaner and occasional burnishing keep it looking good.
