The rest of the building, including component stores, packing halls, dispatch areas and loading docks, often gets a basic epoxy coat. Those areas carry the heaviest traffic in the building, and basic epoxy wears, chips and yellows there first. EPU flooring, an epoxy-polyurethane hybrid, is a better fit for them.

EPU is harder-wearing than a thin coating, resists chipping better than standard epoxy, and keeps its colour near sunny doors. Aisle markings, pallet zones and pedestrian routes stay clear for longer.
Docks on the south and west sides of Noida plants get afternoon sun for hours. Standard epoxy yellows and the markings fade. The dock area also sees the highest wheel loads as trucks are loaded. We usually specify EPU with a UV-stable, anti-slip topcoat for dock zones, and rebuild broken dock edges with epoxy mortar before coating.

Where EPU in a store meets an ESD floor in production, the transition needs care. Different systems must be separated cleanly, the ESD area's boundary must be clear, and trolleys crossing the joint shouldn't chip either edge. We plan these lines with your layout.
Many Noida plants are new, and floors are often scheduled just before equipment arrives. We test slab moisture early. If slabs are too damp, a moisture-tolerant primer or barrier layer keeps the project on track without risking blistering.
The slab is ground and repaired, primed, and coated with the EPU body coat and topcoat. Line marking is added before handover. Areas can usually take foot traffic in about a day and forklifts after the specified cure time.
