PU floor coating in Bareilly

It is not the right choice for areas with steam cleaning, very hot spills or steel-wheeled trolleys. Those need PU concrete at 6 to 9 mm. And if a dry warehouse only needs dust control, a concrete densifier may do the job for less money. We would rather point you to the cheaper option than put down a coating you don't need.

What happens on site

We start with a site visit. Our team checks the slab strength, moisture, cracks and old patch repairs, and asks about your cleaning routine and what spills on the floor. Based on that we suggest a system and give a written quote.

On the job, the floor is mechanically prepared, damaged areas are repaired, primer is applied, and then the PU coat goes down. In a running unit we phase the work so one section is closed at a time. The coated area can take foot traffic after about a day. Full chemical resistance takes around a week.

Planning tips

• If you plan to mark walkways, forklift lanes or storage bays, tell us before we start. Marking is best done as part of the coating job.
• Keep a spare can of the same colour for touch-ups. Colours vary slightly between batches.
• Clean with neutral or mildly alkaline cleaners. Strong acids used to remove stubborn stains can dull the surface over time.

Can you coat a floor that gets damp in the rainy season?

Sometimes. We test the moisture level first. If it is moderately high, a moisture-tolerant primer can work. If it is very wet, the source of the damp needs sorting out before any coating goes down.

Will PU coating make the floor slippery when wet?

A plain glossy coat can be slippery. For wet areas we add fine anti-slip aggregate, which keeps the floor easy to clean while giving good grip.
