These buildings need floors that are dust free, flat, easy to clean and, in many rooms, able to control static. PU self levelling flooring covers most of those requirements, and an antistatic version covers the rest.
In SMT lines, testing rooms and component stores, dust is a yield problem. Concrete floors shed fine particles constantly, and tiled floors collect grit in their joints. A poured PU floor is jointless and sealed, so it doesn't add to the particle count and is easy to vacuum and mop.
For rooms where people handle bare boards or components, static control matters just as much. We lay a static dissipative self levelling system with a conductive primer and earthing points, then test the resistance of the finished floor. Details are on our antistatic ESD flooring page. Your ESD coordinator should confirm the resistance range you need before we start.
Server halls usually have raised access floors, but the slab under them still matters. Concrete dust under a raised floor gets blown through the cooling system and into equipment. Coating or self levelling the sub-floor stops that. Power rooms, UPS rooms and NOC areas often use PU self levelling floors directly.
Most jobs in Noida are on a fixed timeline set by a client move-in or production start date. We plan the flooring as part of the fit-out sequence:
Dust from other work settling on a fresh floor is the most common reason for a poor finish. Agreeing that sequence at the start saves rework later.
New buildings in Noida often have slabs that were poured only weeks before the fit-out starts. Poured floors need the concrete to have released enough moisture first, so we test before committing to a date. If the slab is too wet, a moisture-tolerant primer or a short delay usually solves it.
We also check flatness. Self levelling PU evens out small irregularities, but it is not a screed. Noticeable slopes or level changes need correcting first.
Static dissipative floors are usually designed to fall between 10⁶ and 10⁹ ohms. We test the finished floor and give you the readings. Match the range to your ESD programme requirements.
Yes. Tell us the date at the first meeting, and we will build the survey, preparation, pour and curing time into the fit-out programme.
Light and medium racking, yes. For heavy racking with high point loads, we use base plates or a harder system under the rack feet.
