Heat. Summer slabs get hot, and PU poured on a hot slab sets too fast to level properly. We pour early in the morning or in the evening, and cool the room where possible.

2. One site visit covers moisture testing, flatness checks and measurement.
3. Materials and equipment arrive together, and the team works continuously until handover.

Can you do just one clean room inside a working plant?

Yes. We seal that room off, and the rest of the plant carries on. We only ask that dusty work right next to the room is paused while the floor is poured.

What colour do food plants usually choose?

Light grey, cream or light green. Light colours make residues easy to see, which helps with hygiene checks.

How long does one clean room take?

A room of a few hundred square feet usually takes three to four days, including preparation and curing.
