Epoxy-PU hybrid floor coating (water-based) in Agra

• work in smaller sections so each coat blends properly
• avoid coating directly in strong sunlight near windows

In the monsoon, drying slows instead, so we add ventilation and time. October to March is the most comfortable period.

Looking after the finish

A coated corridor stays good-looking for longer with a simple routine. Use entrance mats at doors from the street, because Agra's dust acts like fine sandpaper under shoes. Mop with a neutral cleaner rather than harsh acidic or strongly alkaline products. Fit felt pads under chairs and luggage racks. If a heavy trolley gouges the surface, get it touched up early. Small repairs with the same water-based system blend in well and can usually be done overnight.

Over existing marble and tiles

Many Agra hotels have marble or tiled floors. Where these are well bonded, we lightly grind the surface, fill grout lines and apply the coating. Loose or cracked sections are replaced or repaired first so they don't crack through the new finish.
