Epoxy-PU hybrid floor coating (water-based) in Lucknow

2. Clean and prepare the existing floor, repairing cracks and chips
3. Apply primer
4. Apply the hybrid WB coats, with ventilation running
5. Hand back the room once cured enough for use, with guidance on furniture and cleaning

FAQs

Can a hospital corridor be coated while the ward next to it is occupied?

Yes. The low-odour product and good ventilation make that practical. We work in sections to keep routes open.

How long before a classroom can be used?

Often the next day for light use, depending on temperature and humidity. Heavy furniture can return after full cure.

Is it suitable for an operation theatre?

For OTs we recommend a seamless PU self levelling floor with coving, installed during a planned shutdown.
