Preparation

Existing floors in offices and showrooms are often tiles, marble or old coatings. Sound surfaces are lightly ground and primed, loose tiles and failing coatings are dealt with first, and grout lines are filled so they don't show through.

FAQs

Will the coating affect fabric samples in the room?

Water-based coatings have low odour, and with ventilation, fabrics are unlikely to be affected. We still recommend moving samples out during application.

Can a buyer showroom be done over a weekend?

Usually yes, depending on size and conditions. In winter, allow extra time.

Is it suitable for the factory floor?

For heavy production areas, solvent-free EPU or PU floor coating is stronger. The water-based hybrid is best for offices, showrooms and light-traffic areas.
