Epoxy flooring in Jhansi

Heat during installation

3. mix smaller batches
4. shade skylights and close roof openings during application
5. prime carefully to seal the concrete before the body coat

October to February is the easiest period for large floors.

Heat after installation

Yellowing. Sunlight through doors and skylights yellows standard epoxy. Near openings, use a UV-stable topcoat or an EPU hybrid.

Thermal movement. Slabs under hot roofs expand and contract daily. Rigid epoxy can crack along existing slab joints and cracks. Repairing cracks properly and keeping movement joints flexible helps, and in severe cases EPU's extra flexibility is worth it.

Engineering and railway-related units

Jhansi has a history of engineering and railway-related industry. Workshop and assembly floors need resistance to oil, dropped parts and trolleys. Self levelling epoxy suits assembly, and an epoxy screed is better around machines. Oil-soaked concrete must be removed before coating.

Hospitals and schools

Hospitals and medical colleges use epoxy in corridors, stores and service areas for easy cleaning. Schools use it in labs, workshops and dining halls. For clinical rooms needing coved, softer floors, PU self levelling is often preferred.
