Concrete floors in Agra break down in some unusual ways. Foundry floors in Foundry Nagar are hit by heavy castings and sometimes hot metal. Hot metal areas are different. Epoxy softens at high temperatures, and molten metal or very hot castings on an epoxy repair will damage it. Some contractors use epoxy everywhere, and it fails in these zones.

Cold storage floors

Repairs must be done when chambers are empty, warmed and dry. Epoxy won't bond properly to cold, wet concrete.

Tour coaches are much heavier than cars and turn tightly, which breaks concrete edges and creates potholes. We cut out damaged sections with square edges and rebuild with epoxy mortar in car areas. In heavily loaded coach bays, deeper damage may need thicker concrete repairs rather than thin patches.

Warehouses storing footwear, handicrafts and general goods get potholes and broken joints along trolley routes. Epoxy mortar repairs and rebuilt joints restore a smooth floor.
