Damaged concrete repair with epoxy in Sitarganj

Joints in plant floors break under forklift wheels, especially when trucks carry heavy dies or coils. We saw-cut back to sound concrete, rebuild edges with epoxy mortar and fill joints with a semi-rigid filler. Potholes along routes are cut square and filled with epoxy mortar.

Dock edges

Loading dock edges break under truck tailgates and dock levellers. We rebuild them with high-strength epoxy mortar and recommend steel edge angles where impacts repeat.

Cracks around machines

Stable cracks are bonded with low-viscosity epoxy. Cracks that keep moving with machine vibration need flexible fillers, and sometimes an isolation joint between the machine foundation and the floor.

Terai conditions

Ground slabs in the Terai can be damp, and summers are hot. We check moisture before repairs, use damp-tolerant primers where needed, and work in cooler hours so epoxy materials don't set too fast.
