Damaged concrete repair with epoxy in Noida

Cracks that leak: polyurethane injection

Epoxy needs a dry crack to bond properly. A crack with water coming through it needs a different approach. For leaking cracks in basement walls, slabs and podium soffits, we use polyurethane injection:

1. Small holes are drilled at an angle to meet the crack inside the concrete.
2. Injection ports are fitted.
3. Polyurethane resin is pumped in under pressure.
4. The resin reacts with the water in the crack, expands and seals the leak path.

This often stops leaks without disturbing the landscaping or driveway above.

Dry, stable cracks: epoxy injection or filling

Cracks that are dry and not moving can be bonded with low-viscosity epoxy. In floors, epoxy is poured or injected into the crack so it bonds both sides. This restores the continuity of the concrete surface.

Moving cracks and joints

Some cracks open and close with temperature. Rigid epoxy will crack again alongside them. These need flexible sealants or flexible injection materials. Expansion joints between building sections, which are often poorly sealed in new societies, need proper joint sealing systems.

Basement ramps in societies and offices take braking and turning cars every day, and their edges and surfaces break. We cut out damaged areas square, rebuild with epoxy mortar and restore grip. Fast-curing materials mean ramps can be repaired overnight in many cases.

Will injected cracks leak again?

Properly injected cracks usually stay sealed. New cracks can form if the structure keeps moving, and those are treated separately.
