For many electronics assembly areas, packing rooms, labs and kitchens, a well-prepared coated wall with coved junctions is the practical and economical choice.
In controlled rooms, walls must not shed dust. Old emulsion paint and distemper chalk over time, so they are removed entirely before coating. We apply a hard epoxy or PU coating in a light colour, and form coves at the floor and, where specified, at wall-to-wall corners. The floor side of the cove joins the PU self levelling or ESD floor, so the room is continuous from floor to wall.
Central kitchens for restaurant chains and corporate canteens in Noida need walls that handle grease, steam and daily washing. A coated wall with a cove joined to a PU concrete floor gives an easy-clean, audit-friendly surface. Bump rails protect walls from trolley damage.
New plaster holds a lot of water, and it takes weeks to dry. Coating too early causes blistering and poor adhesion.
