Coating alone won't stop flooding. The water entry has to be fixed first with ramp drains, sump improvements or waterproofing. Then the coating protects the floor.

Not always. For open, heavily used areas, concrete repair, a hardener and good marking can be more practical.

How long does a hospital basement take?
