Covered floors get wear-resistant coatings. The top deck, which is open to sun and rain, needs a flexible, UV-stable PU deck coating that bridges cracks and keeps water from leaking to the level below. Expansion joints between sections get a flexible joint system.

Ludhiana's hospitals have heavy parking demand around the clock. Priorities are clear ambulance and drop-off routes, disabled parking, visible pedestrian walkways and a non-slip floor in all weather.

Winter and fog

1. divide the car park into zones
2. coat one zone at a time, often overnight
3. use barriers and temporary signs to redirect traffic
4. reopen each zone after the specified cure time

For malls, we avoid weekends and festival periods when parking demand peaks.

Maintenance tips

• Machine scrub drive aisles regularly to remove tyre dust.
• Clean oil spills promptly.
• Refresh the topcoat in the busiest aisles and turns when wear shows, before it reaches the concrete.
• Repaint faded markings before they disappear completely.
