Terrace waterproofing and roof protection in Sitarganj

Plants in SIDCUL Sitarganj usually have two kinds of roof: large metal sheds over production and storage, and concrete (RCC) roofs over office blocks, canteens, utility buildings and some production halls. Where plant concrete roofs leak

The last one is easy to miss. Where a shed roof meets a concrete wall or roof, water often gets in at the flashing, and the damp appears inside the concrete building.

Outlet capacity

Terai monsoon storms can drop a lot of rain in a short time. If a roof ponds after heavy rain, the outlets may simply be too few or too small. We check this and recommend extra outlets or overflow points where needed, since no membrane lasts well under standing water.

The dry season, from about October to May, is the only reliable window for roof waterproofing in the Terai. We recommend booking early, since many plants want roof work done before the monsoon.
