Haryana wraps around Delhi on three sides, and a lot of north India's warehousing and light manufacturing sits along its highways. On the NH-44 corridor, from Kundli through Sonipat and Panipat up to Ambala, there are food processing units, logistics parks, packaging plants, auto component suppliers and cold stores. Ambala has long been known for its scientific instrument and lab equipment makers. On sites like these, floors carry forklifts and pallet trucks, get washed down regularly, and a shutdown costs real money.
Warehouses and logistics parks. Large slabs that dust up, with joints broken by forklift wheels. A concrete densifier or an epoxy coating usually works, but only after the joints are repaired.
Food units and cold stores. Frequent washing and big temperature swings. PU concrete copes with hot water and thermal shock far better than standard epoxy, which can crack or debond.
Instrument, electronics and lab units. These need floors that are easy to clean, and often need static control near sensitive equipment.
Commercial buildings and housing societies. Mostly basement parking and terraces that leak.
On a warehouse slab of several thousand square metres, preparation and joints matter more than which coating you choose. The surface is ground or shot blasted, cracks and joints are repaired, and the slab is checked for moisture. Coating straight over a dusty or damp slab is how floors start peeling within a few months.
A few other things are specific to the region. Summer dust storms can ruin wet resin, so the area is kept closed during application. Winter mornings in north Haryana get cold enough to slow curing, and the schedule has to allow for that. Cold store floors need a system designed for the working temperature, not just a regular coating.

A densifier if you mainly want a harder, dust-free surface at lower cost. Epoxy if you need colour, line marking, easier cleaning or chemical resistance.
