Most of Punjab's industry is small and medium units, and there are a lot of them. Ludhiana makes hosiery, bicycles and cycle parts, auto components and machine tools. Winter. Punjab winters bring fog and cold slabs. Below about 10 degrees, resin floors cure slowly and can stay tacky, so the schedule and site heating have to allow for it.
Summer. In 45-degree heat, mixed resin sets fast. Small batches and early starts avoid wasted material and a patchy finish.
Old buildings. Many units in Ludhiana's older industrial areas have uneven floors that have been patched several times. These often need levelling and repair before any coating.
Chemicals. No floor resists every chemical. For plating or chemical units, share a list of the chemicals, their concentration and temperature. The resin system is chosen from that, not from a brochure.
