Uttar Pradesh is too big to treat as one market. Noida and Greater Noida have electronics and mobile phone assembly, data centres and large office campuses. Ghaziabad has engineering and steel units. Kanpur is known for its leather tanneries and also has chemical and textile plants. Lucknow is mostly hospitals, institutions and commercial buildings. Agra has footwear and foundries, Moradabad brassware, and Aligarh locks and hardware, while Bareilly and the eastern cities have food and agro processing. Our base in Roorkee is right next to western UP, and we travel across the state for project work.

Tanneries and chemical units. Tannery floors deal with acids, salts and constant wet work. Ordinary epoxy coatings don't last long there, so the system has to be chosen against the actual chemicals and their temperature.
Electronics plants. SMT lines and assembly areas usually specify a resistance range for the floor. The floor is built to that range and tested after installation, rather than simply labelled "antistatic".
Foundries and metal workshops. Hot metal, dropped castings and steel wheels will chip thin coatings. These areas need thicker screeds, or a repaired and densified slab where a resin floor wouldn't survive.
Weather. UP summers go well above 40 degrees and the monsoon is humid. Both affect how resin cures, so work is timed and material mixed in smaller batches in the heat.
Old floors. Many units have floors that have been patched several times. Loose toppings and failed coatings have to be removed first, or the new floor will fail with them.
